Hiring a full time UX/UI designer has increased in cost over the years. The average UX/UI designer is $120,000 and that is just for one person! Most companies need a team of people to accomplish what they need.
Working with our agency, you can make your requests, stop stressing over a bad hire, and cut down on the costs for your projects. When your request is done, just pause your subscription. -
It takes us at least 1 business day to review your request. Well thought out and executed UX/UI takes time and may require testing different designs to come to the right solution. We do not want to compromise the quality of work that would come from cutting down our turnaround times. Our job is to deliver designs that are a joy to use AND to look at.

Yes! Our designs are delivered through Figma, where developers can use the Figma Developer mode to see all the CSS and structure needed to build the designs we deliver.

All designs are worked on by professional UX/UI designers. For requests that are outside of UI/UX, like graphic design and animation, we work with other 3rd party partners. For privacy purposes portfolios are not available upon request.

Requests are worked in the order they are submitted. We only work on one request at a time. Any additional request will not be started until the active request has been approved by you.

After subscribing to a plan, you will have access to a Trello board that has an onboardng section and some material to walk you through the process. Don’t worry, there are video and written instructions to simplify it.

We work with industry standards. All work will be delivered in Figma, but there may be early concepts inside Whimsical as well.

If you have run out of requests on the Starter or Pro plans, you can upgrade to the Ultimate plan and put your requests through that way or wait until the next month to enter your requests.

No worries! We offer up to 3 design revisions per each request.

Unfortunately, due to the high quality nature of the designs and our product being completely digital, we do not offer refunds after the designs are completed.

You can sign up for the Starter plan and submit your request. Once the work gets done, you can then pause your subscription and save your banked days of service for future request.

It may be the case that you may not have enough requests to fill the month. That’s okay. We have a pause feature help with this.
Billing is based on a 31 day period. If you have signed up and used the service for 20 days, you can then pause our subscription. That means you will have 11 days of service remaining (which can be used in the future).

We understand you may not have anymore requests and want to cancel your subscription. Keep in mind, you can pause your subscription at any time. However, if you still want to cancel contact us at hello@designlabsz.co and we can help.
